Background: 

In 1984 Hanoi Spinning Mill was officially established and in 1991 Hanoi Spinning Mill was transformed to Hanoi Spinning-Knitting Enterprise with abbreviation as HANOSIMEX. In 1995 Hanoi Spinning-Knitting Enterprise was renamed to Hanoi Textile Company. And finally in 2000 Hanoi Textile Company was renamed to Hanoi Textile-Garment Company. From 2000 to 2005 the company was ever-developing in the trend of international economic integration, our company’s re-organization and extending the business’ activities. From 2005 to the present the company has been focusing on re-organizing as a holding company and privatizing its company members.

Main businesses:

- Manufacturing – Trading - Importing and exporting textile and apparel including raw material such as: cotton, polyester fibre, yarn, knit fabric and knitwear; denim and jeans wear, woven wear, towel, equipment, engine and spare parts, electronics, dye-stuff and chemical, other consumer goods.
- Business of warehousing, transportation, office rental, factory rental, restaurant, hotel, supermarket, entertainment services.

Spinning Equipment:

Modern spinning production lines equipped with machines from the world’s famous brands as Marzoli, Toyoda, Schlafhorst, SSM and Rieter. In 2005 the production line for yarn was improved by investing more modern machines with Automatic Doffering System of latest technology. The machines are controlled by computers with all the data displayed on the monitors. The Drawing Frames are equipped with Autoleveler system. The Automatic Winders, which are equipped with modern Soeple Spectra + YM 80i Clearer, now providing the best quality yarn. The Company is able to make variety of yarn: 100% cotton, 100% chemical fibre, chemical fiber/cotton yarn with expected mixing ratio and best quality.  The Company is able to produce slub yarn, spandex cored yarn, texture yarn with spandex for stretchy fashionable fabric

Knitting equipment:

Knit fabric production line from Knitting – Dyeing – Finishing with synchronous modern machines from Germany, Italy, Japan, Taiwan, Korea:

  • Knitting step with the machines from famous company such as Mayer & Cie, Terrot, Kemyong, Pailung that can make Single, Rib, Interlock fabric in basic & special styles. Jacquard and Weaving machines are from Matsuya, Shimaseiki.
  • Dyeing step with automatic normal and high pressure dyeing machines plus Bobbin yarn-dye machines.
  • Finishing step with high capacity stenters, Compacting machines to control the fabric shrinkage.
  • Modern dyestuff laboratory with color analyzer “Datacolor”.
